This is a great solution for those wanting to have a second batttery under the bonnet of your VW Amarok.
A vehicle specific battery tray is required.
The images in this article also show the loaction of the Redarc BCDC this is a perfect device to make sure your dual battery system is always charging at it’s optium. We always recommend the use of this style of charging device rather than the traditional battery isolator which will never fully charge the second battery.
This installation does require the relocation of some factory VW components in the engine bay to make room for the second battery.
